Couch-to-5K Progress Report
After completing the first two weeks of Couch-to-5K, I got sick and took a week and a half off. I’m back on it this week!
Is anyone else running?

I just began the 3rd week. I think the plan is great and it seems to be going well. Good luck!

@Alia - Thanks! I’m glad to hear it’s going well for you…I’m starting week 4 this week. Are you using the Couch-to-5K Progress Tracker I created? If so, do you have any suggestions for enhancements or improvements…I considering developing a “version 2.0″.
